Delivery, payment & FAQs
How do I order?
Tap “Order on WhatsApp” on any product. A message with the product and price opens in WhatsApp; add your delivery location and send. We confirm stock, delivery fee and time, usually within minutes during working hours.
How do I pay?
Pay by M-Pesa. We share our M-Pesa payment details on WhatsApp when we confirm your order. Always check that the business name shown on M-Pesa is Euro East Coast Supply Group before you confirm. Cash on delivery is available in Nairobi.
How fast is delivery?
Same-day delivery in Nairobi on orders confirmed before 2pm. Mombasa and the rest of Kenya are delivered by courier, usually in 1–3 days. We tell you the delivery fee before you pay.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We import directly from the brands or their authorised suppliers in the UK, USA and Europe, and we are the authorised distributor of American Dream in Kenya. Every item is checked for seals, batch codes and expiry.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp with a photo as soon as you receive your order, and we'll arrange a replacement.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, from one dozen pieces per product, with up to 45 days' credit for approved accounts. Apply on our Wholesale page or email wanjiku@euroandeastcoastsupplygroup.com and we'll reply with pricing within 1–2 business days.
Can I pick up my order?
Ask us on WhatsApp and we'll share pickup options from our Nairobi or Mombasa hub.
